Had the Wagyu burger the patty was very juicy and tender. The sweet potato fries were nice though had a lot of salt on them which wasn’t necessary.

It was nice that we all got our food nearly at the same time (party of 5) but sadly some of us had to eat a cold burger. Chips were warm and crunchy but it was a bit hard to finish them as they were mostly random tiny pieces

This was the burger I was delivered tonight. Burnt to a crisp and inedible, literally the WORST burger I have ever had. I can't eat it because I don't like chewing on a mouthful of coal and it is without a doubt carcinogenic.

Disgusting & Dry !! Over cooked & smells of burnt old fat !! & you can’t cover up your bad cooking with over enthusiastic customer service !! Yelling “goodbye thank come again” to everyone especially in the middle of serving us is not acceptable service & will not save your reputation !!

After a 50 minute wait for my food with no updates it ended up being cold and gross, had to get a refund and go to good burger… disgusted with the service and food!

Grill'd Mandurah is in a great location right next to the water, with both inside and outside seating. Service was fantastic when i went, both friendly and quick, the food was great for the price and the beer was ice cold. Ill be back the next time im down that way, great job.

I made a booking for 20 people over five weeks before the date of our reservation. This was a “pre-wedding” gathering the night before our wedding at one of the few places in Mandurah that opens “late” on a Sunday! When we arrived the manager had no clue about our booking and said she hadn’t got it. I showed her the confirmation email and she just shrugged and said “we’ll we’re quiet normally on a Sunday anyway, so you didn’t need to book”. (How would I know this?) There were no tables (inside where the AC is; and it was too hot and humid at 7pm still to sit outside with no air) where we could be seated together. The manager refused to rearrange a couple of tables to facilitate us sitting together, so we ended up doing it ourselves. We felt rushed and like we were an inconvenience to them. The food came out super quick and a party of 20 people was in and out in 45 minutes! The managers way of “apology” was to send me and my future husband a bowl of chips (after we’d eaten our meals) with a note written on a napkin!
